Resthaven Patrons, Inc. found the convergence between AAHSA Quality First and its Gentle Hands, Powerful Voices quality improvement program. Together, these programs are helping this Michigan member provide the quality care and services that the public deserves.

Iowa Member Uses Newsletter to Highlight Their QF Work
The United Presbyterian Home's newsletter shares stories that are clearly connected with the Elements of Quality that are helping this CCRC put quality first for their community's older adults.

Annual Report Shows How Washington CCRC Puts Quality First
Washington’s Crista Shores Retirement Community recently used the AAHSA Quality First 10 Elements of Quality as the framework for their 2005 annual report. According to Executive Director Glen Melin, this report helped the CCRC "show our stakeholders that our commitment to Quality First is helping us achieve excellence in our work."

Checklist Helps Oklahoma Member Plan for the Future
University Village Retirement Community used its Quality First Checklist results to develop a quality improvement plan based on the AAHSA Quality First 10 Elements of Quality. According to Chief Operating Officer Mike Shawn, the checklist was "an invaluable tool for our organization."
