Initiatives to Promote the Nursing Workforce in Geriatrics
The study, based on a 15-month evaluation utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods, and conducted by a team of researchers led by Dr. Robyn Stone of the Institute for the Future of Aging Services, sought to show the outcomes associated with the Wellspring model's adoption. In addition, through a process evaluation, it attempted to provide a better understanding of the model's theoretical underpinnings and key constructs.
