From Chinese culture, we respect seniors because they are more knowledgeable and experienced than younger people. My family is in China, and I only see my parents every two years. I felt serving our seniors is like serving my parents also.

Biggest Challenge:
Getting a new project and figuring out how to get it accomplished.
