The Board of Directors is responsible for the governance of the Association, providing strategic direction, fiduciary oversight, and development of policies. The Board consists of 21 members, including the officers, 18 are elected by the House of Delegates and three are appointed by the Board. Board members serve a three year term that is renewable for a second three years.
